Kevin Devine is a local quilter and a member of the Philadelphia Modern Quilt Guild. He is a very talented long arm quilter and designer of his own unique quilts. He will be sharing some of his works as well as talking about his journey as as a quiltmaker. (He is also the cousin of BVQ member Shirley LeClerc)
