Junior BVQ annual Membership is $10.00 for full year, prorated to half price if joining mid year. On-line payment is $10.60, or $5.50 if joining mid year, which includes the on-line processing fee. If you wish to avoid the processing fee, do not use this form. Instead mail your payment in the form of a check to Linda Miller 1413 Lenape Rd, West Chester, PA 19382.
