Rebecca Bryan - Design with Triangles - Light & Live

Develop your design savvy through this fun, interactive virtual workshop. You will learn to design your own triangle block by experimenting with graphic elements such as line, texture, scale, and framing. I’ll teach two of my “go to” quilting techniques as we sew through our experiments in graphic design. Each attendee may choose to work with either or all of the three types of triangles: equilateral, right triangle (also known as the Half Triangle), or isosceles.

Melinda Stanton - The Nuts and Bolts of EPP - Lucy Boston and Beyond

We will learn the basics of English paper piecing - attach fabric to paper pieces and sew them together! Then we will delve deeper, layer by layer, learning supply and stitch options; choosing fabric to make incredibly gorgeous designs; fussy cutting; and tips and tricks to save time and make sure you’ll be successful. Once you learn EPP basics you can do other designs - we’ll look at some of those, too!
